The Sun Pirates finally return home to Fishman Island, after Jinbe’s acceptance as Shichibukai. They resume their normal lives all the time showing how grateful they are to Tiger. Meanwhile, Otohime is grateful to Jinbe, for his contributions to her cause. The next scene shows, the island receiving a distress call from a ship. Upon realizing a World Noble is on board, the citizens become hesistant to let them enter. However, Otohime, orders them to World Noble in. Neptune is also wondering as to how come a World Noble is on the island. The citizens also wonder why a World Noble who looks down on their kind is on the island.
Suddenly, the World Noble starts to shoot everything around him, complaining of the smell of fish, and demands a mask, as he doesn’t want to breathe the same air as the commoners breathe. It was also discovered that his name is Mjosgard. Of course the citizens where aghast at how the World Noble can ask for help when he is shooting and belittling the citizens. The World Noble then laments on his journey to “reclaim”, his Fishman collection.
The soldiers talk about what they should do with him, and Hody Jones, suggests that they could kill him, as this is probably the worse kind of human being they have seen. Decken also joins in, just to see what the commotion is all about. Alladin and Jinbe also show up and advise Shirahoshi and the princess to stay away. Shirahoshi then asks Fukaboshi to explain what a World Noble is. Fukaboshi, tells her that they are also humans, but evil ones.

Suddenly, the Sun Pirates point their guns at Mjosgard, while the citizens plead with them to stop doing that, since they will get into trouble of they should kill him.
One pirate suggests that should a World Noble be in danger, an Admiral can be called on. However, if no one reports the attack, the incident will just be labeled as a shipwreck. The idea threatens Mjosgard. Suddenly the citizens realize this to be true and now say that the Noble should die for his offenses. Mjosgard claims that as a noble he deserves to be saved.
The pirate then recalls that he has tried in vain to forgive Mjosgard, but the memory of what the noble did to them, makes it very difficult. As the pirate is about to pull the trigger, Otohime suddenly arrives and protects Mjosgard. She is not hurt, and asks the pirates to put the guns away as the children can see them.
Otohime explains that she can feel the pirates pain, but cautions that this hatred should not be passed on to the children for it will create a vicious cycle. Suddenly, Mjosgard grabs Otohime and holds her hostage and states that even as a queen, she is below him in status. He also demands for doctor and a mask. When Mjosgard is about to kill her, Shirahoshi screams in despair and five Sea Kings suddenly appear and terrify all the citizens. Apparently only Decken realizes that Shirahoshi is the legendary Mermaid Princess who has the ability to summon the Sea Kings.
This legendary princess is what his ancestor has been searching for all his life. Decken, claims that if he is to have that power, he must first marry her. The crew then reminds him, that Shirahoshi is only a little girl, to which he agrees is definitely a problem. After the confusion, Alladin decides to treat Mjosgard and Otohime.
After a few weeks, Mjosgard is feeling better, but still ungrateful. The soldiers are reluctant to let him go, as they believe the island will get into trouble if they free Mjosgard. Otohime however, decides to accompany him to the world to prove that the surface is safe.
