Jofuku flower needs to be picked up from mount Jofuku to create a special youth drink. This flower glows in 7 different colors and is said to cure all illnesses. SUMMARY OF NARUTO SHIPPUDEN 186

Lady Tsunade is still in coma. Sakura, Ino and Naruto are being sent on "D" rank mission. Lee is in a bad shape since the last mission. He spends time in rehab, drinking his special medicine, when Naruto shows up drinks it. Realizing what he has done Naruto resolves to go to mount Jofuku to pick up some of this Jofuku flowers so that Guy sensei can make more special medicine for Lee and for Tsunade. Not realizing that this is the mission Naruto hurries to the Lost Woods and finds Jofuku flower glowing in seven different colors. This flower knows how to defend itself. It conjures up Gaara like opponent and attacked Naruto, Sakura and Ino. This was of course just an imagined opponent and it is briskly destroyed by clone jutsu and rasengan.

Here awaits them Lady Furofuki, medicinal ninja from Hidden Leaf village. She explains what happened to bewildered team and sent them off with backpacks full of magical Jofuku flowers. Lee gets his medicine and, knowing that it came from Sakura, promises himself quick recovery.

We meet again with Jiraiya in the next episode of Naruto Shippuden 187 entitled "Gutsy master and student: The Training". Jiraiya explains that in order for Naruto to compete with Sasuke (empowered by Sharingan) he must learn Genjutsu.
