The title of this episode of Naruto Shippuden 222 is "The Five Kage's Decision".
Preparations are being made for Fourth Great Ninja War. Madara Uchiha is heading great Akatsuki and now with help of Kabuto and the soon to be revived Akatsuki members and Sasuke gaining his strength, the threat is really serious. Just one of members of Akatsuki, Nagato (Pain) was able to destroy the entire Hidden Leaf village. Akatsuki control 7 Tailed Beasts already. The purpose of the war is to take control of the Eight Tails and its Jinchuriki Killer Bee and Nine Tails and its Jinchuriki Naruto. With merging all Tailed Beasts into one Ten Tails and using it as military weapon, Madara and his "Tsuki on Me" project may have a chance to succeed. The whole world is in danger.
Madara and Kabuto's position is now clear and Mitarashi Unit is gathering more intel. Without pinpointing the exact position though, surprise attack is pointless. Reconnaissance team is sent out but as Killer Bee was trying to compose another one of his "great" raps with his newly adopted Samehada sword next to him, Madara already heard it all. Using Samehada as spy mechanism, he now knows Hidden Clouds military strength, and perhaps so much more.
It's time to start sharing intel among the Allied Shinobi Forces. Lord Raokage orders a meeting of all Allied Shinobi Forces in three days time. Five Great Nations has joined forces for this war. Will that be enough to fight Akatsuki?
Tsunade in Hidden Leaf is giving out orders. Sakura and others are being asked to monitor the anxiety in the village. Tsunade also asks that they keep a close eye on Naruto as he could act recklessly. Also Akatsuki's goal is to get Naruto. Shizune walks in and reports that Naruto disappeared from Ichiraku. When Naruto returned from the summons he had to explain himself to Lady Tsunade. He also had to brief Tsunade on the Giant Gramps' prophecy of going to the resort and meeting up with an octopus.
Shikamaru talks to Choji, trying to get him ready. Hard to take it all in. Sakura talks to a nurse, everyone wants to get ready for the war. Nothing can really get you ready for the Great War, but Medical Ninja must maintain composure at all times. Sakura knows she will be needed greatly. She remembers how Naruto suggested to Sasuke that if they fight, they will both die. Maybe they can understand each other in the next world. Sakura wonders if they're both seriously injured, who will she save? Sasuke or Naruto?
The meeting of Great Five Nations takes place and it seems that all agree that a central intelligence is necessary. A place where all intel is gathered and compared. Raikage suggested that Naruto and Killer Bee need to be hidden. Tsunade strongly disagreed as she's convinced that they both can add a great strength to this war. The focus should be on Madara. If we hold back our strength we cannot possible win the war. We have got to hit them with everything we've got. Gaara disagreed with Tsunade reiterating that the Five Nations in her absence agreed to protect Naruto and Killer Bee. Raikage suggested a hiding place in Hidden Cloud.
Tsunade speaking privately asked Raikage to have Killer Bee teach his control over his Eight Tails to Naruto. Raikage set aside an island, where he trained with Killer Bee long ago. Could this be the resort Great Lord Elder talked about? Yamato will accompany Naruto to this S-rank mission.
