In the last episode of Naruto Shippuden 217 we saw Killer Bee returning from his long "disappearance". He carries a spoil of war, Samehada sword he got when he killed one of seven Ninja Swordsmen Kisame. Killer Bee is delighted of this extraordinary sword, but what he doesn't know is that Akatsuki has other plans for it. The title of this week's episode of Naruto Shippuden 218 is "The Five Great Nations Mobilize".
Kakashi sends messages to every Hidden Leaf Village. We need to unite the front. News is being shouted from the loud speakers about Akatsuki, lead by Madara Uchiha, possessing Tailed Beasts. The Feudal Lords of Great Five Nations, are a bit reluctant to give too much power to Allied Shonobi Forces, but finally conceded and agreed to officially form the Allied Shonobi Forces.
Gaara, Lord Lazakage, from Land of Sand has returned. By now he has received Tobimaru's message and starts mobilizing meetings in preparation for war. Discussing things among themselves, they mention the disappointment of Danzo as Sixth Hokage of Hidden Leaf Village trying to turn things in his favor. Gaara described the turn of events at the Five Kage meeting in the Land of Iron. He pointed out the ease at which Akatsuki sneaked in the heavilly armed and secured Fort the meeting took place in. Gaara described the power of Susano'o, the Visual Jutsu of Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan, being stronger than the Ultimate Defense of Gaara, the Kazekage. How they have tried to kill Sasuke using Atomic Dismantling Jutsu among other techniques and how Madara took Sasuke and saved him.
Gaara concluded that the intentions of Madara must have been taking all Five Kazekage hostage to advance his plans "Project Tsuki no Me". The project included taking control of remaining two Tailed Beasts, Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails, to resurrect the Ten-Tails. Ten-Tails Beast would be the combination of every Tailed Beast and Madara hopes to make himslelf the Jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails. Madara would then place the world under Infinite Tsukuyomi. Humans would be placed under his rule. Madara would create "A world free of antagonism and strife".
Gaara thinking to himself, calculated that Akatsuki is extremely strong if they can kill Danzo. Shinobi allied forces are strong as well, but can these two strengths be compared? Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Lightning... they must all unite and win this war, otherwise the world will end. Gaara ordered stockpiling ninja tools and rations immediately. He also ordered a list of all shinobi belonging to the village as well as each platoons preparing their tactical plans.
No matter how lost person may be, Naruto would never give up on them. He brought Gaara around, when no one could approach him. This is why Naruto will never give up on Sasuke. He will not do, what's expected of him as Kage, which is to kill him. Naruto will always try to bring Sasuke back from the darkness. Gaara realizes all this and promises to give his best to protect his friends.
