Ensui held the reanimated freak by his Shadow Paralysis while Sai focused on keeping his fears and emotions in control.Akatsuki with explosive style came out of nowhere. Lee had to keep him busy as Ensui kept paralyzing and Sai sealing. Lee held his end of the bargain, but Ensui got hit and broke the Shadow Paralysis freeing the Blunt Blade. Sai understood that Lee's anger comes from his feelings for his friends.
Sai focused on his love for his friends rather than hate he has built up inside and produced a Tiger bullet that swallowed the Blunt Blade swiftly.
Hidden Mist has a reputation for being Bloody Mist. Word is they kill their own. This next Naruto episode will be about Pakura, the renowned kunoichi of the Mist, now reanimated by Kabuto.
