Neji's impostor enters the Medical compound to seek help. He visits Sakura and gets his wounds looked after. She advises to rest his body and his eyes. Neji thanks and leaves. Soon after other Medical jonin are killed in the compound causing major panic and immediate search for the killer.
The assassin is carrying a chakra of Allied Shinobi Force. That is how Neji's impostor got in the compound undetected. To gain Medics' confidence he volunteers to go around and find the killer himself.
Soon he is seen killing two unsuspected medics and heading straight into Sakura's tent 3. Neji asks about the location of Shizune. Sakura tells Neji what she knows and adds that she is treating Tonton with a bad leg sprain. Neji jumps in saying that that is better than his hand and Sakura says yes, Tonton's hands are alright so he can sign and soon will be able to return to fighting. (Tonton being a pig cannot weave signs)
At this point Neji's impostor reaches to his bag and asks that she looks at his hand one more time. Sakura coolly pointed to the stool next to her and pretended to look elsewhere, when Neji attacked. Sakura was ready with her right hand super punch flooring the impostor. Neji's impostor turned to white Zetsu and admitted to using transformation jutsu to impersonate Neji.In the battlefield both Neji and Hinata are seen struggling to keep up using their Byakugan on the night watch. Shino tries to convince Hinata to take a break as he spread his parasitic insects throughout the region. Other sensory type ninjas are dying everywhere because they cannot detect their enemies. Shikaku at the headquarters thinks it must be reanimated Itachi as only his genjutsu could pull something like this off.
Sensory ninja on the HQ informs him however that reports from Sakura indicate that any white Zetsu can be transformed into Allied Shinobi force. All Zetsu needs is a contact and they could easily absorb enough chakra to impersonate themselves into Allied Shinobi. The title of next Naruto Shippuden 279 is "White Zetsu's Trap".
