One Piece episode 529

Luffy and the rest of the crew are now looking for the possible blood donor of Sanji. The blood type of Sanji is a rare kind and now they are having a hard time looking for it. They asked every fishmen, but no one helped them. Chopper finally sees some humans going inside a bar and follows them. Meanwhile, Ishilly and her friends found a barrel, they got curious and wanted to open it to see if there are treasures or alcohol.  They didn't know that Caribou is trapped inside the barrel!

Finally, the crew found a blood donor for Sanji. The chef is still weak but wakes up, and sees everyone smiling at him. They are now staying at the house of Keimi's friend. Chopper was so happy that he bumped his head on the bed. Luffy explains that no Fishman helped them and he thought that they will lose him. However, Sanji can't remember anything, but Usopp and Luffy stop him from remembering, it might trigger again a blood outburst. Usopp then tells Sanji that they found his donor at a pub. Behind the curtain are the blood donors, the two okamas, Splash and Splatter! Sanji thought that they were young ladies because of the feminine voice. While Sanji is still shocked, Chopper notices an entry point on Luffy's arm, and that he is poisoned. But Luffy has antibodies to fight the poison, and Chopper is amazed. Luffy then remembers the incident in Impel Down, where Magellan poisoned him, making him immune to the poison.

Near the Mermaid Cove, Hyouzou carries the bodies of Hammond and Kasagon, taking them back to the Fishman District. Hyouzou heard some screams coming from the cove and thought that it just came from the noisy mermaids. But, he started hating himself because he accidentally poisoned Luffy. In the cove, where the scream came from, a broken barrel is found with mud all over the place.

Back to the Mermaid Cafe, Keimi  talks to Madame Shirley. She tells her not to let Sanji see her because of her beauty. Beautiful girls make Sanji very excited and it's bad for him. Luffy and Usopp was about to touch a crystal ball but Shirley stops them. Shirley is a retired fortune teller, explained Keimi. She doesn't want to predict anymore because "the future is better left unknown." Luffy fires again his signature question at Shirley, "So, do mermaids poop?" The Madame called him an impolite kid!  But Luffy apologizes to her afterwards. Keimi remembers Pappug and the clam she have to deliver to him. Shirley informs her that she can see Pappug in the cafe. As they leave the room, Keimi brags about the famous predictions of Madame Shirley. She predicted the Great Age of Pirates, the war at Marineford and the death of Whitebeard.

The three are now in the street of Coral Hill, infront of the Mermaid Cafe. Pappug was talking to his friend Brook. Luffy and Usopp finally see Pappug and they are all happy. Keimi hands over the Orient clam to the starfish. Fishmen can eat fish and meat, but mermaids cannot. This made Luffy very happy, because he can taste meat in the island. When they are about to leave, Brook sees a wanted poster of Vander Decken.

Inside the taxi, Pappug tells them why Vander Decken is wanted by the authorities. Vander Decken started sending letters to the Mermaid Princess. From letters to packages, Decken kept on sending abusive marriage proposals and the princess is really scared. Keimi added that her father, King Neptune, ordered his three sons to form an army and search for Vander Decken, but no success. Brook interrupts and asks how can this pirate send letters to the princess if he's been cursed hundred of years ago. Pappug explains the legend, the captain came to the Fishman Island but died. The captain of the Flying Dutchman ship was the grandson, his name is Vander Decken IX.

Luffy changes the topic and started asking questions about the split fins of mermaids. When a mermaid reaches 30, her fins will split. Pappug says that if a Fishman marries a Mermaid, they can have Merman/maid or Fishman/woman babies. On their way, Luffy points at a Candy Factory and asks why it has a pirate flag. Pappug tells him that after the war and death of Whitebeard, the new protector of the island is Charlotte Linlin, also called the "Big Mam." In exchange of her protection, she wants a monthly supply of candies. They finally arrived in Gyoverly Hills and everyone gets dumbfounded by the beautiful house of Pappug.

Back in Coral Hill, Madame Shirley becomes hysterical and everyone is calming her down. She tells them to look for the pirate with a straw hat and kick him immediately out of the country. Shirley didn't want to look at the crystal ball, but there's something with Luffy that made her do it. The  future shows that Luffy would destroy the entire Fishman Island!
