Naruto and his crew sail on, only to enter a huge storm. The title of next episode of Naruto Shippuden 226 is "Battleship Island".
Naruto's ship is being attacked by paper bombs. The approaching island seems to be more than just a piece of land protruding from the ocean. To make things worse, the rudder stopped working and the ship is being pulled towards this island. Few bombs hit it hard as ship was wrecked to pieces leaving Naruto on the water and in plain site. What made matters even worse is when Naruto confronted this Gataro pirate, he lost is head band. More fires were ordered and Naruto found himself running for his life. At this point, just in time, a submarine (courtesy of Yamato's wooden jutsu) showed up out of nowhere and swallowed him.
This was a make shift submarine made quickly and lacked propelling engines, hence it moved only by currents. Water was getting deeper and submarine with Naruto, Yamato, Guy, Aoba and the rest of the crew was sinking. As it sank deeper Yamato couldn't hold the ship together and the submarine gave into the pressure and started leaking water.
Aoba being a sensory type ninja sensed a current of air flowing near the submarine. All crew members rushed to the front to lower the nose of the sub and managed to fit in this air hole. Soon they were safe and sound inside a cave breathing fresh air. They soon discovered that they were underneath the island that was firing at them just a while ago. Deciding to go up the stairs to leave this underground cavern, all started moving towards the stair. Naruto abruptly turned around started running for the ship. He needed to get his stolen head band back. 
Yamato stopped promising Naruto that he will get his chance to get it back. Hot water bursted from the ground just then. Naruto suggested that Yamato takes a hot spring bath to replenish his strength. He has been under a lot of strain lately.
A dead islander was found sitting in an underground cemetery with his diary laying next to him. Aoba picked it up and gathered that there were indigenous people living here and all were slaughtered by these pirates. 
Naruto was touched by this very sad story. He grabbed an old piece of cloth he found on one of the tomb stones and wrapped it around his head instead of his missing head band. He resolved to get justice for the pain and suffering of all of the killed native people.
Finding a way up from this cave, naruto noticed a warm subterranean hot spring under the grounds. Guy Bushy Brow sensei hit the earth hard and spring water erupted from the ground all the way to the top flushing their ship and everyone onboard to the top of this island . At this point Gataro and most other pirates were in the waters looking for Naruto. Naruto stuffed all the cannons with logs of wood so they couldn't fire any more. Then as decoy he send one of his clones to confront Gataro.
Next thing you know, Naruto's ship with crew onboard took the leap and sailed right down that mountain and jumped as if on skis to land right on the fleet of pirate ships. All pirates were arrested and native folk avenged.
Naruto continues on his journey to the land of lightning only to get attacked by massive birds. Guy sensei gets snatched by one of these birds. Finding a land Naruto, Aoba and the rest of his crew find an island full of mysterious creatures and a lovely girl too. The title of next episode of Naruto Shippuden 227 coming in this Thursday September 1st, is "The Forgotten Island"
